Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi dan Keterlibatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT “X”

This study aimed to determine the influence of organizational climate and work involvement on the performance of employees of PT. "X". The hypothesis proposed by the researcher is that there is an influence between organizational climate and work involvement together on the performance of employees of PT. "X". The subjects of this study were 77 production employees of PT. "X". The measuring instrument used 3 scales, namely the employee performance scale, the organizational climate scale, and the work involvement scale. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that there was an influence between organizational climate and work involvement together on the performance of employees of PT. "X", R = 47.7% at p = 0.00. The results of the partial correlation test showed that organizational climate influenced the performance of PT employees. "X" and there was an influence between work involvement and the performance of employees of PT. "X".
